The platform features an advanced online interest-free loan application system with NID and guarantor validation, real-time tracking, and integrated mobile payment gateways.

About The Project
To replace manual, paper-based operations, we engineered a detailed online loan application workflow. The system requires applicants to securely submit personal information, NID documentation (front and back), and comprehensive guarantor (Jamindar) details—including guarantor photos and identity uploads.
In addition to the application wizard, the website provides a simple tracking system so applicants can monitor their loan status in real-time. For fundraising, we integrated a secure donation module where users can contribute directly to the Qard-al-Hasanah fund through local mobile payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and cards)

Development Challenge
The primary challenge was constructing a highly secure, reliable online system for distributing interest-free micro-loans while preventing fraud. The client required a thorough verification system where applicants must submit high-resolution scans of national IDs (front and back) and photos for both themselves and their guarantors. Managing these heavy file uploads without affecting page load speeds or risking security breaches was a key concern, alongside ensuring the platform remained easy to navigate for non-technical community users.
Our Solution
We structured a secure file validation and upload pipeline in PHP that automatically optimizes and compresses images without compromising readability. We split the loan application form into a logical multi-step process: applicant details, applicant documents, and guarantor credentials. To maintain system transparency, we engineered a lightweight tracking module that permits users to check their loan status using just their registered mobile number. Lastly, we connected local mobile banking APIs to enable hassle-free, secure community donations.
Result
The resulting platform serves as a modern and reliable digital welfare hub. It successfully transitioned the foundation's manual operations into a paperless online workflow. The automated collection of applicant and guarantor data has significantly reduced manual verification times, enabling the foundation's board to review, verify, and disburse interest-free funds to eligible beneficiaries much quicker than before.
