About The Project
The website operates bilingually (Bangla and English) and is divided into several core modules. The "Donor Portal" allows contributors to track their one-time or recurring (daily/weekly/monthly) donations securely. The dynamic "Crowdfunding Module" showcases live progress bars f[5][6]or ongoing campaigns (e.g., Mosque Construction), instantly updating targets and collected funds.
Additionally, the platform features a highly specialized "Volunteer Portal" where members can register, generate custom Digital IDs, log their activity attendance, and download training certificates directly from their dashboard. The entire system is integrated with local and international payment gateways, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Visa/Mastercard, ensuring a frictionless donation experience

Development Challenge
Establishing public trust is the most critical factor for a non-profit organization, which requires maintaining transparent, real-time financial reporting for various campaigns. Additionally, the foundation struggled to coordinate a large network of on-ground volunteers, track their activity logs, and manually issue participation credentials, which created an overwhelming administrative burden.
Our Solution
e engineered a secure database-driven platform with separate secure portals for Donors and Volunteers. We integrated local mobile payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and card APIs directly with dynamic donation campaigns. This allows the system to update progress bars automatically in real time whenever a donation is made. For volunteer operations, we programmed an automated PDF generator that creates custom Digital IDs with verification QR codes, logs attendance, and manages training certificates.
Result
The transparent, real-time crowdfunding displays have helped build credible trust with donors, encouraging both one-time and recurring contributions. At the same time, the automated volunteer dashboard successfully eliminated manual ID generation and log keeping, allowing the foundation to focus its resources on direct field humanitarian operations.
